Reply not linking correctly

I cannot find an obvious place to submit a bug/issue so the first meta question/request is to make it more obvious where to do so.

My actual problem is that if you reply to the last comment in the thread, it does not link correctly, it just shows up as the next comment.

Although if you highlight a portion of the comment of the person you are responding to it will help.
